Rosa Carrillo has been with Brooks Law Firm since August 19, 2024. She brings extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, focusing on enhancing client experiences and resolving issues effectively. Emelina thrives in teamwork-driven, innovative environments.

She has completed several professional certifications from 2015 to 2024, including Effective Customer Service, Effective Teamwork, and a basic Adobe Illustrator course, where she learned graphic and logo design. Before joining BLF, she worked at TOG as a customer service representative and also spent over two years as an English teacher, developing skills in patience, adaptability, organization, empathy, and technology proficiency.

Rosa Carrillo was motivated to join BLF by her passion for helping others and the inspiring testimonials and content she saw from the firm. She enjoys making a meaningful impact in people’s lives and values the collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

In her role, she supports clients and colleagues by actively listening, proactively offering help, and maintaining clear, timely communication. Her strengths include strong active listening, proactive assistance, and effective communication, creating a positive and trusting environment.

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys reading historical books, hiking, spending time in nature, cooking (with special training in desserts and Mexican cuisine), and volunteering in her community by building homes, supporting schools, and distributing food and clothing.
