Fatima has been working as a legal assistant for six months, specializing in personal injury cases. Before joining Brooks Law Firm, she gained valuable experience in customer service roles, including working for ZUM.COM, where she assisted parents with transportation needs for children with special needs and helped coordinate route logistics. She also worked at Citizens Bank, supporting customers with transaction claims, loans, mortgages, and credit card inquiries.

Drawn by her passion for helping others navigate complex situations, Fatima saw the opportunity at BLF as a natural progression to use her communication and organizational skills in a more impactful way. She finds great satisfaction knowing her work provides clarity and relief to clients facing difficult moments.

In her role, Fatima supports clients by ensuring their cases progress smoothly and keeps colleagues informed with timely updates on key case details such as claim numbers and adjuster contacts. She is highly organized and detail-oriented, which allows her to manage documents and case information efficiently. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys spending time with her family and is a devoted mother to her two young children.
