Vitoria is the Head of Workers Compensation at Brooks Law Firm, bringing over a decade of legal experience to her role. 

Originally from Brasilia, Brazil, grew up in Porto Alegre where she earned her degree in Public Relations before moving to the United States.Her journey into law began at Brooks Law in October 2015, starting at the front desk. It was here that she discovered her passion for the legal field and recognized the crucial need for strong advocates, especially within the Brazilian immigrant community. This calling inspired her to pursue a legal career, dedicating years to assisting individuals with workers’ compensation, SSDI, and personal injury cases. 

While attending law school, Vitoria gained invaluable experience working for two years at an immigration law firm. In 2023, she returned to Brooks Law as the head of the Workers’ Compensation Department, bringing her expertise and commitment to the team. Vitoria earned her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2022 and is now a licensed attorney in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. 

With a strong passion for empowering immigrants, Vitoria’s mission is clear: “My goal is to give immigrants a voice, work tirelessly for our clients to ensure they receive all the rights they deserve, and foster strong relationships within the community.”
