Paul Paz serves as the Head of Medical Records at Brooks Law, working remotely and bringing nearly three years of dedicated experience to the firm. Since joining in 2021, Paul has played a vital role in developing and refining the workflows within the Medical Records Department—helping to build the structure from the ground up.

With a background in Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases, Paul previously worked as a bilingual interpreter and logistics coordinator for patients through a third-party provider. This experience gave him valuable insight into legal and medical terminology, as well as the importance of accuracy and speed in legal documentation.

Paul is a data-driven professional with certifications in Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets) and Power BI. Before joining the legal field, he worked as a real-time associate on a call center operations team, focusing on performance monitoring, operational analysis, and reporting.

What Paul enjoys most about his role is the constant challenge—navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving legal field. He supports both clients and colleagues by ensuring medical records are retrieved promptly, helping cases move forward efficiently with the right information at hand.
