With over 15 years of experience in finance, administration, and customer service, Nathalia de Aguiar Paes da Silva—known to the team as Nath—joined Brooks Law as a Financial Assistant in May 2025. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Nath brings a diverse international background, having lived and worked in New Zealand, Chile, Peru, and Malta.

Her academic path includes a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She has worked across multiple industries—including tourism, events, food and cosmetics manufacturing, and iGaming—gaining hands-on expertise in cash flow control, financial reporting, contract management, compliance, and process optimization.

What drew Nath to Brooks Law was the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that values growth, innovation, and continuous learning. She thrives in roles where she can apply her passion for spreadsheets, process improvement, and problem-solving, all while engaging with English and Spanish on a daily basis.

In her role, Nath focuses on providing clear, efficient financial support while helping clients and colleagues feel heard and supported. She approaches every task with care, patience, and organization—always striving to find smart, timely solutions.

Outside of work, Nath is a passionate traveler, runner, and lifelong learner. She enjoys creating digital products like eBooks, exploring topics related to personal growth and spirituality, and connecting with different cultures. She’s currently developing a social project to provide dental care to underserved communities—reflecting her deep commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
