Before joining the firm, Marcela accumulated over 10 years of experience working with insurance companies in roles such as Customer Service Representative and Collections Agent. She also spent five years as a Product Knowledge Expert for a dental insurance company.

Driven by a strong vocation to help others and a commitment to justice, Marcela pursued a career as a Legal Assistant. She genuinely enjoys the investigative process involved in resolving cases and uncovering the truth.
