Known affectionately as Tailita, Atala has been with Brooks Law Firm for over a year and a half. She began as a virtual receptionist and, through her dedication and leadership, was promoted to Phone Manager. With a strong background in client services and phone operations, she plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality communication and coordination across the firm.

Atala holds a degree in International Relations and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Before joining BLF, she spent over five years in the call center industry, specializing in customer service, tech support, and team leadership.

She’s passionate about helping others and brings empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence to every interaction. Whether supporting clients or colleagues, Atala is known for her clear communication, team spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active—she’s currently studying to become a certified Pilates instructor. She also has a love for languages, cultures, and personal development. A fun fact? She remembers her dreams almost every night, often featuring people she cares about—or the occasional celebrity!
