MEET MAURICIO IBANEZ – Paralegal

Mauricio has been part of the legal field for over a year and a half, starting as a Legal Assistant before transitioning into a paralegal role focused on personal injury cases. He completed the Brooks Law Firm’s Legal Assistant and Paralegal training programs to deepen his expertise.

Before joining the firm, Mauricio worked at MetLife Insurance in their automobile policies call center, assisting U.S.-based clients over the phone. Motivated by a desire to grow professionally and increase his impact, he embraces the challenge of solving problems and supporting clients during difficult times.

Mauricio prides himself on providing clients with accurate, timely information about their cases, while also assisting colleagues with complex tasks. His ability to stay calm and focused under pressure helps him contribute meaningfully to the team’s success.

Outside of work, Mauricio enjoys playing volleyball and basketball, as well as taking his dogs for walks in the park.
