Ale Marroquin is originally from Mexico City. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2006, from Universidad Tecnológica de México. She then went on to work as an Analyst Associate at the National electricity utility company. In 2010 she moved to Boston, and received her MS in Project Management from Lasell University in 2016.

Her analytical thinking, financial expertise, flexibility, time management and communication abilities, brought her to join Brooks Law as the Director of Operations. Ale is responsible for examining financial data, implementing strategic plans, finding ways to improve efficiency, setting guidelines for the staff, monitoring worker performance, supervising operational systems, and helping to solve client and staff issues.

Ale is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Ale is inspired daily by her husband, an entrepreneur at heart. In her free time, Ale likes to travel, host friends and family and go for runs with her husband.
