Olivia Belanger is a passionate and dedicated immigration attorney who brings both legal expertise and personal experience to her role at Brooks Law. Originally from Nebraska, Olivia earned her dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and International Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2017. Drawn to the complexities of immigration law and driven by a desire to serve others, she went on to earn her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2022.

While in law school, Olivia was a key member of the law review, contributing to scholarly publications and honing her legal writing skills. She also earned recognition from the Massachusetts Bar Association for her commitment to Pro Bono Advocacy — reflecting her deep dedication to justice and public service.

At Brooks Law, Olivia focuses on representing immigrants and their families with care, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Having experienced international moves herself, she understands firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges that come with building a life in a new country. That empathy shapes her client-centered approach and fuels her advocacy to help people feel safe, secure, and hopeful about their future.

Outside the office, Olivia enjoys reading, swimming, and discovering new corners of Boston. Her diverse background, commitment to public service, and sincere approach to legal advocacy make her an invaluable part of the Brooks Law team.
