Naiane Crisostomo is an Intake Specialist at Brooks Law, where she serves as one of the first points of contact for new clients seeking legal help. In her role, Naiane listens carefully to each person’s story, gathers important case details, and helps connect clients with the right attorney so the team can begin offering support as quickly and effectively as possible.

Although she recently joined Brooks Law, Naiane already feels connected to the firm’s mission and the care the team shows for every client. She values being part of an environment where people are committed to doing what is right and making clients feel heard from the very first interaction.

Naiane has always been someone others turn to for help, which naturally led her to a role focused on communication, trust, and guidance. She is especially drawn to the opportunity to support people at the beginning of their legal journey, when they may feel unsure, overwhelmed, or in need of direction.

In her role, Naiane supports new client intake for personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. She approaches every conversation with empathy, patience, and clear communication, making sure clients understand the next steps and know that Brooks Law is there for them from the first call.

Guided by the principle “Listen first,” Naiane believes that truly hearing someone’s story is the first step to helping them well.

Outside of work, she loves spending time in nature, hiking, climbing, and exploring new trails around Colmenar Viejo. Colleagues may be surprised to learn that if there’s a wall or mountain nearby, Naiane is probably already thinking about how to get to the top.
