MEET NACHALIE RODRIGUEZ – Paralegal
NACHALIE RODRIGUEZ
Nachalie Rodriguez Justiniano is a Paralegal at Brooks Law, where she works closely with clients in removal proceedings and provides critical support to attorneys throughout every stage of their immigration cases. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach help ensure that each case moves forward efficiently and that every client feels supported from start to finish.
What Nachalie enjoys most about working at Brooks Law is the welcoming environment and the trust placed in her from day one. She values being part of a team where collaboration and empathy are central to the firm’s culture—and where her work directly contributes to changing lives.
Nachalie’s passion for immigration law comes from a deeply personal place. Having gone through the immigration process herself, she understands the uncertainty, fear, and hope that clients experience. That journey inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others through the same challenges, ensuring they receive the care and attention their cases deserve.
Her path to becoming a paralegal is one she takes great pride in. She began with no legal experience and, through dedication and hard work, built a strong foundation in immigration law—eventually becoming a trusted and knowledgeable member of the Brooks Law team. One of the moments she’s most proud of was helping a family from Congo win their asylum case and later receive their green cards—an experience that reminded her why she chose this field in the first place.
Nachalie approaches every client relationship with empathy, clear communication, and consistency. She believes in keeping clients informed, even when there’s no major update, and makes it a priority to ensure they always feel heard and respected.
Her guiding principle is simple yet powerful: “Always treat people with kindness, because you never know what they’re going through.”
Outside of work, Nachalie enjoys relaxing with her husband and dog, whether they’re out exploring or just taking a cozy nap together. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she laughs that one thing people might be surprised to learn about her is that she doesn’t know how to swim—proof that even island life has its surprises.
A piece of advice she often shares with clients: “If you don’t know the answer to a question, it’s always better to say you don’t know than to guess. The truth protects your case.”
