Jorge Ascencio joined Brooks Law in May 2025, bringing with him a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others. As an Intake Specialist, he is often the first point of contact for clients—listening carefully, asking the right questions, and helping guide individuals to the department best suited to support their legal needs.

With a professional foundation in business administration and customer experience, Jorge is known for his empathy, active listening, and calm problem-solving style. His approach is always personal, professional, and rooted in a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Before joining Brooks Law, Jorge built extensive experience in client services, handling everything from general inquiries to complex concerns with a focus on clear communication and tailored support. He’s also completed trainings in leadership, time management, and customer impact—skills he applies daily in our fast-paced, client-centered environment.

What Jorge enjoys most about his role is the ability to help people during challenging moments. He’s motivated by growth, driven by purpose, and known for being both a reliable teammate and a positive presence in any room.

Outside of work, Jorge loves running—following in the footsteps of his sister and grandfather, both marathoners. He also enjoys puzzles, mystery games, and playing piano (self-taught!), and shares his home with five energetic chihuahuas. Oh—and he’s a proud pizza lover and lefty, too.
