Harvey’s connection to immigration law is deeply personal. As the son of Colombian immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, he’s experienced many of the same challenges his clients face. From a young age, he translated immigration documents and legal terms for his family—an experience that shaped his understanding of the system and inspired his path. That early exposure instilled in him the empathy, patience, and sense of purpose he brings to his work today.

In May 2025, Harvey earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Marketing and Management from UMass Lowell, reflecting his dedication and drive. His background in sales, marketing, and business administration helps him communicate legal information in a clear, accessible, and client-focused way.

Harvey approaches every client relationship with empathy and honesty. He believes transparency builds trust and that understanding the process empowers people to move forward with confidence.
