Geovana has been working as a paralegal for 4 months, specializing in Personal Injury. She graduated from law school in 2021 and pursued a post-degree specialization in Criminal Law.

Before joining the firm, Geovana interned at the Public Defender’s Office for four years and completed a six-month internship with the DA’s Office. In addition to her role as a paralegal at BLF, she also works as an attorney and translator in Brazil.

Motivated by her passion for communicating with clients and advancing their claims, Geovana particularly enjoys drafting demands, which she describes as bringing the claim to life.

She supports clients and colleagues with enthusiasm, especially enjoying engaging with new teammates and answering client questions. Her patience and empathy help her connect deeply with clients while managing case details with care.

Outside of work, Geovana embraces her girly side—from coloring books, pop music, and rom-coms to spending time with her cats and sipping iced tea at the city park. Although she can’t cook, she loves baking cakes, which turn out surprisingly tasty!
