With a background in customer service, tech support, accounting, and languages, Gabriela plays a key role as the first point of contact at Brooks Law Firm. She manages calls from clients, insurance companies, lawyers, and new leads, ensuring that each person is connected with the right team member — whether they speak English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Her approach is defined by patience, a willingness to help, and genuine care for each client’s needs.

Gabriela values the supportive and collaborative environment at Brooks Law, where team members are always ready to offer guidance and share knowledge. Inspired by the opportunity to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds, she is committed to learning from others and growing in her career. She is especially proud of earning her college degree in public accounting, a milestone that reflects her dedication and discipline.

Outside of work, Gabriela enjoys going to the gym, painting, watching documentaries and nostalgic cartoons, and attending live rock and metal concerts from local bands. While she lives with a disability as a result of Guillain-Barré Syndrome, she sees this as a source of resilience and strength, never letting it limit her pursuit of personal and professional goals. Her favorite quote by Joaquín Sabina — “If the world went blind, how many people would you impress?” — inspires her to value intelligence, kindness, loyalty, empathy, and creativity over appearances.
