Ingrid has been with Brooks Law since December 2023, bringing with her a strong background in marketing and customer service. Originally from Argentina and now living in Brazil, Ingrid found her way to the firm through a serendipitous connection—a shared WhatsApp group for moms from her hometown, where one of the firm’s partners happened to be a member.

She holds degrees in both Design and International Business, along with a Cambridge English certificate, and is set to begin her Master’s program in August. Before joining BLF, Ingrid worked as the Latin America Manager for UK-based language schools, representing their programs throughout the region.

At Brooks Law, Ingrid started with the marketing team, where she drew on her design and communication experience. She later transitioned to the phones team, where she now plays a key role in facilitating client communication, sending and receiving important documents, and helping ensure that the legal team and clients stay connected.

What she enjoys most: “What motivates me most is being part of something meaningful—helping immigrants through difficult transitions, especially those who come from countries like mine. It’s fulfilling to be part of a team that makes a real impact.”

Strengths: Ingrid is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, which makes her an invaluable bridge between clients and the firm. She’s known for her warm communication style, reliability, and eagerness to grow and contribute wherever she’s needed.

Fun facts: Ingrid is half Brazilian and half Argentine, and her friends love to tease her about her “personal language” that blends Portuguese, Spanish, and everything in between. She’s an avid tennis player, currently learning French, and always looking for ways to stay active and inspired.
