Cesar joined Brooks Law Firm three years ago, bringing over a decade of experience from the BPO industry. He began by leading the Medical Records department and quickly proved his leadership strengths, eventually taking on the role of Head of Intake.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Cesar has a background in customer service, sales, retention, and collections. His training in leadership, client retention, and customer experience has helped shape the intake team into a client-focused, high-performing unit.

What motivates Cesar most is the opportunity to directly impact the firm’s growth by ensuring a steady flow of new clients. He supports his team through hands-on coaching and development, always focused on creating a seamless experience for potential clients.

His leadership style is rooted in problem-solving, performance, and people development—a combination that makes him a strong asset to the firm.

Fun fact: Cesar’s main hobby these days is playing soccer. And while he’s from El Salvador, he’s a dedicated (and rare) Denver Broncos fan!
