Daiane, known by her colleagues as Dai Nolde, has been a valued member of the Brooks Law team since June 2021. Over the past four years, she has taken on several roles across departments—including Immigration intake, finance, and marketing—before settling full-time into the Workers’ Compensation department, where she thrives today.

Daiane holds three bachelor’s degrees: in Tourism, Public Relations, and Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining BLF, she worked in the veterinary field. Her diverse academic and professional background, combined with her empathy and strong work ethic, have made her an adaptable and reliable team player.

What motivates Dai the most is being able to help others—especially immigrants—receive the support and compensation they deserve. She’s known for her determination, kindness, and willingness to share knowledge with her team to make sure everyone succeeds.

Outside of work, Daiane enjoys spending time with her two beloved dogs and her bunnies. Caring for them is her favorite way to unwind and recharge
