Connor J. Gilbert is a Partner and Head of the Personal Injury Department at Brooks Law, where he represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and medical malpractice matters throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He has been recognized by several legal organizations including the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40; Lawyers of istinction; and Boston Magazine Top Lawyers.

In the past two years alone, Attorney Gilbert has recovered more than $10 million for his clients,

including a $5 million medical malpractice recovery, a $1 million medical malpractice recovery, and a $912,500 motor vehicle accident recovery. His approach emphasizes trial readiness as a means of achieving strong results—whether through settlement or verdict.

As Head of the Personal Injury Department Attorney Gilbert also oversees the firm’s litigation strategy and case development to ensure matters are handled thoughtfully, consistently, and with trial readiness in mind. The department is committed to providing professional representation to clients facing some of the most challenging circumstances of their lives.

Prior to joining Brooks Law, Attorney Gilbert litigated personal injury cases at the largest injury firm in America. Earlier in his career, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Trial Division of the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where he had the opportunity to try various cases to verdict and obtain numerous indictments on serious felony cases. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey and Kentucky.
