Carolina Carvalho Trindade is a Paralegal at Brooks Law, where she works in the Personal Injury Department. Known for her empathy and communication skills, Carolina serves as the bridge between clients and the legal team—helping people through challenging moments while keeping their cases organized and moving forward.

Her days are filled with conversations, updates, and problem-solving, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. What Carolina enjoys most about her work is connecting with people from all walks of life and hearing their unique stories. As an extrovert, she finds genuine joy in those interactions, seeing every call as an opportunity to make someone feel heard and supported.

Before joining Brooks Law, Carolina built a diverse professional background as a journalist, marketer, and translator, experiences that strengthened her writing, communication, and multilingual skills. Today, she uses that same versatility to communicate effectively with clients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Her guiding principle—“Inconvenience is the price we pay for community”—reflects her belief that empathy and patience are key to building trust. Carolina takes pride in how adaptable she’s been throughout her career, learning new skills while applying her natural ability to connect with people.

Outside of work, Carolina loves watching new TV series (especially the latest hit shows) and has a fun claim to fame—she once won first place in a middle school chess competition.
