Ana Cruz is a proud Ecuadorian-German immigrant who moved to the United States in 2022 and has been dedicated to supporting immigrant families ever since. As an Immigration Case Specialist, she is passionate about guiding clients through the process with clarity, care, and understanding. Fluent in English and Spanish and holding a degree in Business Management, Ana brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her work.

From a young age, Ana experienced family separation, staying connected through phone calls and handwritten letters during times of limited internet access. That experience shaped her deep understanding of how difficult it can be to be apart from loved ones and continues to drive her commitment to helping families find the right pathways and remain together.

Ana strongly believes that fear should never stand in the way of opportunity. Her personal motto is that it is far more risky to do nothing than to take action—a message she shares often to encourage immigrants to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Her love for cultural learning also led her to live in France in her early twenties, further expanding her global perspective.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, an avid golfer, staying active, and being involved in her church community. She looks forward to serving your family with dedication and compassion.
