Alejandra, or Ale, has been working as a Clerk for 2½ years, specializing in Workers’ Compensation. She holds a Minor Degree in Spanish-English Translation, earned in 2024.

Before joining the firm, Alejandra spent about eight years performing interpretation and translation over the phone for insurance companies, assisting with interviews and recorded statements in Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injury, life, and home insurance cases. Prior to that, she worked for three years as a dental insurance claims representative.

Motivated by professional growth, skill development, and work-life balance, Alejandra enjoys the flexibility of working from home.

In her role, she supports clients and colleagues by obtaining the necessary medical records and bills for each case promptly and efficiently. Alejandra is known for being responsible, reliable, highly organized, and solution-oriented, backed by years of customer service experience and a strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Alejandra loves drawing, painting, and spending quality time with her pets. She also dreams of traveling around the world someday!
