Ale Marroquin, originally from Mexico City, brings a unique blend of analytical expertise, financial acumen, and operational leadership to Brooks Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Tecnológica de México in 2006 and began her career as an Analyst Associate at Mexico’s National Electricity Utility Company. In 2010, Ale relocated to Boston and completed her Master’s in Project Management at Lasell University in 2016.

As Director of Operations at Brooks Law, Ale leverages her strong skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and communication to optimize firm performance. She oversees financial reporting, implements efficiency improvements, sets operational guidelines, monitors staff performance, and ensures smooth coordination across departments. Ale’s role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of client service and supporting the firm’s growth.

Known for her positive attitude and tireless energy, Ale inspires colleagues to strive for excellence and fosters a collaborative, results-driven workplace culture. She credits much of her motivation to her husband, an entrepreneur whose drive and passion fuel her own.

Outside of work, Ale enjoys traveling, hosting friends and family, and going for runs with her husband — activities that keep her energized and grounded.
