Meet Our
PARTNER & COO

ALBERT NGO

Albert Ngo is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Brooks Law, where he leads the firm’s daily operations and strategic direction with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and client-centered excellence. A forward-thinking legal professional with a strong entrepreneurial background, Albert combines business insight with legal expertise to optimize firm-wide performance and growth.

Raised in Wyoming, Michigan, Albert grew up in a family-owned Chinese restaurant, where he learned the values of service, hard work, and resilience. While still in high school, he co-founded A&E Fixit, an on-demand iPhone repair business that later joined the Hatch entrepreneurship program at Michigan State University. At MSU, he earned his degree in Political Science while interning at the Michigan House of Representatives and continuing to build his startup.

Albert earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2020, where he gained diverse legal experience in public interest law, intellectual property, real estate, and tax law. He also clerked at a tech startup and in the tax department at Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster. During law school, Albert co-founded Lawwly.com, a free legal resource platform created to support students and young attorneys — a testament to his passion for accessible legal education.

After passing the bar exam on his first attempt, Albert joined Brooks Law as an attorney and quickly made his mark by building and managing the firm’s Personal Injury department. Over the course of three years, he scaled the department, implemented streamlined processes, and mentored attorneys, all while maintaining a high standard of client care and case results.

As COO, Albert now oversees all operational aspects of the firm — from technology integration and systems management to strategic planning and interdepartmental coordination. His leadership has modernized Brooks Law’s infrastructure, improved cross-team efficiency, and elevated the client experience across every practice area.

Fluent in Cantonese, Albert also plays a key role in expanding the firm’s reach within the Chinese-speaking community, ensuring that clients receive culturally competent and language-accessible legal services.

Albert is deeply committed to building a law firm that leads with purpose, embraces innovation, and delivers impactful results for clients from all walks of life.
