Gustavo Kaefer Soares brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to his role as an Intake Specialist at Brooks Law. With a background in both the public and private legal sectors—including experience at the Public Defender’s Office of Paraná and various law firms—Gustavo combines legal knowledge with exceptional communication and analytical skills to guide clients through their first steps with the firm.

Before joining Brooks Law, Gustavo also worked as a business analyst in e-commerce, where he managed CRM systems, post-sales follow-up, and financial operations. His versatile experience across legal and administrative fields gives him a unique edge in understanding and supporting client needs from both a human and strategic perspective.

Gustavo is driven by a deep belief in law as a tool for social impact and problem-solving. He is known for his clear communication, efficient problem resolution, and commitment to delivering high-quality service from the very first conversation.

Outside of work, Gustavo is an avid rock climber. He enjoys the focus, discipline, and challenge the sport brings—qualities that he carries into his professional life as well.
