Lara Spritzer recently joined Brooks Law Firm, bringing a diverse background in administration, client services, and IT. With Canadian citizenship and fluent English, she has extensive experience working with people from around the world, including roles at the U.S. Consulate in Rio and in real estate services for expats.

Starting her career at 17, Lara has held positions ranging from sales to management, always prioritizing understanding and meeting client needs. She is passionate about helping others, especially when it comes to immigration — a life-changing new start for many.

What Lara enjoys most is supporting people in achieving their dreams. She approaches her role with empathy and a commitment to listening carefully and following correct procedures to ensure clients feel safe and understood.

Outside of work, Lara channels her creativity into her online perfume business, crafting and selling fragrances. She’s also passionate about cooking. Though she may come across as quiet at first, Lara builds lasting friendships wherever she goes, a testament to her warm and genuine nature.
