MEET VALENTINA MARIN – Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator

Valentina Marin is the Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator at Brooks Law Firm, where she manages the firm’s social media, creates content, and finds new ways to connect with people and organizations across the Boston region.

What she enjoys most about her work is combining her passion for social media, community, and creativity. She loves telling stories, creating content people can relate to, and helping the community learn about the resources the firm offers. As a first-generation Colombian, contributing to the Latino community holds special meaning for her.

Valentina’s path to Brooks Law grew naturally out of her background in marketing, communications, media, and content creation. She previously served as Social Media Manager for ALPFA Boston. At iHeartMedia, she worked on events, promotions, and community activations across Boston radio brands, which showed her how powerful it can be when organizations connect with people. Her passion for content creation has given her another way to reach different audiences, especially within the Latino community. Her videos have reached up to 3 million views, and artists like Rauw Alejandro and Blessd have reposted her content. She is especially proud of partnering with Live Nation through her own content platform to promote major Latin artists, including Juanes and Blessd, by creating content and hosting giveaways around their Boston shows.

Valentina approaches her work with authenticity, openness, and genuine curiosity about the people she meets. She believes strong relationships start with listening, building trust, and following through, and that speaking someone’s language helps them feel comfortable and understood. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she connects with a wide range of people. She lives by the belief that “everything happens for a reason,” staying open to new opportunities and making the most of wherever life takes her.

Outside of work, Valentina is a passionate content creator, sharing her love of Latin music, concerts, fashion, and lifestyle. Colleagues might be surprised by how deep her interest in music and storytelling runs, as she loves singing and has always been drawn to performance. When she’s not working, she’s likely creating content, discovering new Latin music, trying new restaurants, exploring Boston, spending time with family and friends, or planning her next trip to Colombia.
